1. Eligibility for Return

Items returned after 7 days may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address

Please ensure the product is safely packed to avoid damage during return transit.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

Refund Conditions

Refund may be denied if:

  • Item is used or damaged by the customer

  • Product is missing accessories or original packaging

  • Wrong item is returned


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will send a new product after receiving the returned item

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must request a return after delivery
