Intimate or hygiene items

Sale/discounted items (if marked non-returnable)

To start a return:

Provide your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address
Please ensure the product is safely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
Refund may be denied if:
Item is used or damaged by the customer
Product is missing accessories or original packaging
Wrong item is returned
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
We will send a new product after receiving the returned item
Replacement is subject to stock availability
If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Orders can be cancelled before shipping
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must request a return after delivery
