At Attocart, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
3–7 business days for most locations in India
Remote or rural areas may take extra time depending on the courier service
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system.
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:
They may attempt again the next day
They may contact you for confirmation
If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Attocart is not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect addresses
Returns caused by wrong or incomplete information
If an order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Email photos/videos of the damaged package
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our policy
If the package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier and update you.
Currently, Attocart ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
